• Minimum 7 Year Advocate Practice.
• Minimum 24 Cases Each Year in Last 3 Years.
• Prosecuting officers/ Assistant Prosecuting officers are treated to be an Advocate and are eligible
• Pay Scale: Rs. 51550-1230-58930-1380-63070

• For Others: Rs. 1500/-
• For SC/ ST/ OH Candidates: Rupees 750/-

• Minimum Age Limit: 35 Years
• Maximum Age Limit: 50 Years

• Written Test.
• Viva Voce Test
• Medical Test

• Applicants are required to apply online through Patna High Court website www.patnahighcourt.gov.in
• Candidates should carefully fill in the details in the online application at the appropriate places very carefully and click on the “SU BMIT” button at the end of he online Application format.
• After all the details are filled in and submitted, a Registration number will get generated.
• Thereafter, the candidate will have to make payment by following the link on the website of the Court.
• Only after 24 hours of making successful payment, the candidate may visit the website of the Court again, enter his registration number and date of birth, upload his scanned passport size photograph signature and declaration to finally submit the application form.
• The candidates are advised to take a printout of the finally submitted online application form, keep it with themselves, and the same alongwith relevant certificates shall be requisitioned from the candidates qualifying the Main (Written) examination.
